Refund is applicable only if the service work has not started. Once creative design, campaign setup, or strategy work begins, refund will not be processed.
Advertisement results depend on business type, location, budget, and market competition. Lead or inquiry quantity cannot be guaranteed.
Creatives and videos will be provided according to the selected package. Extra creative work will be chargeable.
Campaign duration is fixed as per the selected package. Campaign may pause automatically once the ad budget is exhausted.
Customer data will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third party.

Advertisement (Meta Ads) budget is not included in any service package. Customers must add their own advertising fund separately for running Facebook or Instagram ads campaigns.
