1. About Our Services

NexChauhan Digital provides digital services such as Meta Ads Handling, Content Creation, Video Editing, Website Development, CRM/System Development, Graphic Design and Digital Marketing. We always try our best to provide professional support and quality service to every client.

2. ₹1499 Meta Ads Service

Our ₹1499 Meta Ads service includes 1 Month Meta Ads Handling, Campaign Setup, Target Audience Setup, Content Support, Competitor Analysis and Basic Inquiry Support.

        Please note: ₹1499 is only our service charge. Meta Ads budget, Meta fund or ad spend is separate and will be paid by the client.
      

3. Meta Ads Results

We sincerely work on proper campaign setup, audience targeting, ad handling and basic optimization. However, Meta Ads results depend on many factors such as Meta/Facebook/Instagram algorithm, audience response, business category, offer, location, ad budget and market conditions.

We do not promise fixed leads, sales or conversions, because final results are based on Meta algorithm and customer response. Our role is to manage and set up the campaign professionally.

4. Refund Policy

Once the client confirms the order and our team starts the work, refund will not be available. This is because our time, planning, content work and campaign setup process starts immediately after confirmation.

Refund is not applicable after work has started.
Low results, ad rejection, low inquiry or no sales will not be considered as a refund reason.
If required details or approval are delayed from the client side, project timing may also be affected.

5. Client Support & Responsibility

To complete the work properly, the client is requested to provide business details, logo, photos, videos, offers, Meta Page/Instagram access, WhatsApp number and ad budget details on time.

6. Payment Terms

Service payment or agreed advance payment is required before starting the work. Meta Ads budget is not included in our service charge and will be managed separately.

7. Content Approval

Ad copy, creatives, videos and campaign content will be shared for approval wherever required. After approval, if major changes are requested, extra charges may apply depending on the work.

8. Service Duration

Meta Ads Handling service is valid for 1 month. After 1 month, renewal charges will apply if the client wants to continue the service.

9. Meta Account or Policy Issues

Meta account restrictions, ad rejection, page issues, payment issues or policy-related problems are controlled by Meta. NexChauhan Digital will provide support and guidance, but these issues are not fully in our control.

10. Agreement

By making payment or starting the service with NexChauhan Digital, the client kindly agrees to the above terms.

2. ₹1499 Meta Ads Service

हमारी ₹1499 Meta Ads service में 1 Month Meta Ads Handling, Campaign Setup, Target Audience Setup, Content Support, Competitor Analysis और Basic Inquiry Support शामिल है।

        कृपया ध्यान दें: ₹1499 केवल हमारा service charge है। Meta Ads budget, Meta fund या ad spend client को अलग से देना होगा।
      

3. Meta Ads Result

हम campaign setup, audience targeting, ad handling और basic optimization पर पूरी मेहनत से काम करते हैं। लेकिन Meta Ads का result Meta/Facebook/Instagram के algorithm, audience response, business category, offer, location, ad budget और market condition पर निर्भर करता है।

हम fixed leads, sales या conversion का promise नहीं करते, क्योंकि final result Meta algorithm और customer response पर आधारित होता है। हमारा काम campaign को professionally setup और manage करना है।

4. Refund Policy

Client द्वारा order confirm होने और हमारी team द्वारा work start होने के बाद refund available नहीं रहेगा। क्योंकि confirmation के बाद planning, content work और campaign setup process शुरू हो जाती है।

Work start होने के बाद refund applicable नहीं रहेगा।
Low result, ad rejection, कम inquiry या sales न आने पर refund नहीं दिया जाएगा।
Client side से details या approval late मिलने पर project timing affect हो सकती है।

5. Client Support & Responsibility

Work properly complete करने के लिए client से request है कि business details, logo, photos, videos, offers, Meta Page/Instagram access, WhatsApp number और ad budget details समय पर provide करें।

6. Payment Terms

Service start करने से पहले payment या agreed advance payment करना जरूरी है। Meta Ads budget हमारे service charge में include नहीं है और वह अलग से manage होगा।

7. Content Approval

Ad copy, creatives, videos और campaign content जरूरत के अनुसार approval के लिए share किया जाएगा। Approval के बाद major changes के लिए extra charges लग सकते हैं।

8. Service Duration

Meta Ads Handling service 1 month के लिए valid रहेगी। 1 month complete होने के बाद service continue करने के लिए renewal charges लागू होंगे।

9. Meta Account या Policy Issues

Meta account restrictions, ad rejection, page issue, payment issue या policy-related problems Meta के control में होते हैं। NexChauhan Digital support और guidance देगा, लेकिन ये issues पूरी तरह हमारे control में नहीं होते।

10. Agreement

Payment करके या NexChauhan Digital के साथ service start करके client ऊपर दी गई terms को respectfully accept करता है।
